Range Safety Officer – Part time
Range Safety Officer (RSO) duties and expectations include, but are not specifically limited to: ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures at all times, supervising and directing a safe and efficient range and enforcing all firearms and range safety rules on the range. Candidates should be knowledgeable about firearms and firearm safety and must possess effective communication skills.
Groundskeeper – Part time
Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining aesthetically-pleasing and functional outdoor spaces at the club. Duties include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, watering plants and preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items, etc.
Retail Sales Associates
Sales Associate duties include greeting customers and making them feel welcome; providing energized, helpful, genuine and knowledgeable service; helping customers check out at the register; keeping the Pro Shop stocked, clean and in order at all times; light cleaning and daily maintenance and possibly opening and closing responsibilities. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently or with a team; be self-confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude and approach to work and have a desire to learn and obtain knowledge. Candidates should be available and flexible to meet the customer demand and needs of the business, which includes holidays, weekends and nights; be able to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 lbs.; able to sell, share product information and history; operate POS cash register; have knowledge of basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, email; have the ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
Bartenders
Bartender duties include verifying the identification and age of customers; preparing and serving alcoholic beverages and pizzas; accepting payment from customers and cleaning glasses, bar utensils and serving ware. Candidates should have the ability to build a rapport with River Ridge members to create a positive atmosphere; be available and flexible to meet the customer demand and needs of the business, which includes holidays, weekends and nights; able to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 lbs.
